Each of our centers utilise a range of exercise equipment to facilitate an exciting and rewarding exercise program such as weights, kettlebells, medicine balls and fit balls. The centres are also equipped with martial art training equipment such as light and heavy bags, wall mounted hook jab uppercut bags, speed balls, wooden dummies, hand pads and various traditional weapons for training.
Leichhardt:
Established approximately 10 years ago, Nathan Head took over the school in January 2004.
Caringbah:
Established in July 2006.
