Chi Kung Class

Group classes are conducted on a monthly basis at both Leichhardt and Caringbah locations. Please see our schedule for details.

These classes focus on the basic techniques of the six healing sounds, the inner smile and the microcosmic orbit meditations.  These techniques are simple, easy to learn and do not involve hours of practice to yield the enormous benefit which they produce.

Which means that any one even those who are extremely time poor can easily fit them into their busy schedule.

The Six Healing Sounds - Transform negative energy to positive. The Sounds are a process that produces a psychophysical effect of wellbeing by releasing the organs of tension and negative energies. By freeing ourselves of the stored negative energies we are able to engage in life, choosing to make decisions wisely from a position of emotional neutrality.

The Inner Smile - Is an active meditation that balances energies in the organs of the body turning stress into relaxation, helping us to reach an understanding of love and acceptance both of ourselves and others.

The Microcsomic Orbit -  Is a process of generating and circulating a warm current of chi from the midline up the spine over the head, down the face chest and belly under the genitals and back up the spine. Opening the Functional and Governor channels of the body in this way brings increased vitality and health, paving the way for the subsequent practices of the Tao including those that involve the cultivation of sexual energy and the development of the higher practices.
