    This class is designed to give you a full body, high intensity cardio or metabolic workout using modern martial art techniques and good old-fashioned body weight exercises.



    This class is suitable for all levels of fitness; our qualified instructors tailor each workout to suit the needs of each individual, allowing each person to get the maximum results possible from each work out.
